It seems as though 50% of marriages today end up in divorce with most citing that the reason is that they can't get along.  Is it really that or are spouses having affairs that lead to the destruction of their marriage?  There are those in society who feel affairs simply strengthen a marriage that has become dull and mundane but I say affairs brood dishonesty, a lack of trust, and offer nothing but destruction, pain, hurt, and huge void in what could have been a good thing - keeping the marriage alive and healthy.  If there an affair has taken place, a marriage will most likely not be able to survive.
