A visible interpretation of man's thoughts and emotion, the visual arts, including sculpture, painting, drawing and photography, seek to capture and interpret the curiosities, passions and struggles of the human condition. Although often deeply rooted in circumstantial context, art's power to impact its observers transcends time and space. Although conceivably a broad term, we use the term "art" here on Dyalogues to discuss the visual and plastic arts, including painting, sculpture, and drawing.
